सत्ता हांसिल करने के बाद “आम अदमी हुं” लोगोवाली टोपी उतर गई

अभी – अभी दिल्ही के शासन पर आनेवाली आम आदमी पार्टीने बडे बडे वादे और बडे बडे दर्शन आम प्रजाको बताये, पार्टि अदयक्ष अरविंद केजरीवाल दिल्ही तख्त पर बिराजमान होने वालेथी उसी दिन बहुतही आम बनके प्रदर्शन कीया, आम अदमी की तरह शपथ ग्रहण करने मेट्रो रेल और बस में आये,सरकार में आने से पहेले जो लोग सरकारी गाडीया या सरकारी मकान का उपयोग नहीं करने का एलान करते थे,  आज वोही लोग टोयटो जैसी सरकारी गाडीओ और आलीशान सरकारी बंगलो या फलेटमें रहेना चाहते है…7/6 और 7/7, भगवान दास रोड, नई दिल्ली। ईस भवन में रहेना चाहते है, केजरीवाल। ईसमे एक फलेट में वॉ और दूसरामें “आप”का उनका कैंप कार्यालय होगा। समाचार जंगल में आग की तरह फैला। लोगों को लगता था कि केजरीवाल साधारण ‘क्वार्टर’ में रहेंगे, दिल्ली के आम आदमी की तरह। पर यह तो आलीशान फ्लैट था! लाखों रुपये महीने के किराये वाला। बेचने चलो, तो करोड़ों मिल जाएं। कीमत और रहन-सहन के हिसाब से आम आदमी के सपनों से भी कोसों दूर है,कई सवाल अनुत्तरित रह गए।. अभी सुना है के “में आम अदमी हुं” लोगोवाली टोपी उतारने का आदेशहो गया, अब देखते है के आम आदमी के नाम पे कया कया उतरता है।तो कया हुआ तेरा वादा…वॉ कसम…वॉ ईरादे…कया हुआ?!!हाथी के दांत दिखाने के और चबाने के अलग अलग होते है वॉ कहावत शायद “आप” अभीसे सार्थक कर रहा है – तो सोच लो पांच साल में कया होगा!!!?? नाम बडे दर्शन छोटे?? और कया?…

ભાગ-૨ ; મોબાઈલ,સોશિયલ નેટ અને મિડીયા ની ક્રાંતિ – ઉત્ત્ક્રાંતિ ની શું ૨૦૧૪ની ચૂંટણી પર પડશે અસર?

   

આ લખાય રહ્યું છે ત્યારે ઈ.સ. ૨૦૧૪ના નવા વર્ષના આગમનની ઘડીઓ ગણાય રહી છે અને ભારતમાં પણ દિલ્હીના રાજયના તખ્ત પર એક નવી જ પા પા પગલી ભરતી પાર્ટી ઉભરીને આવી અને તેના તખ્ત પર આમ આદમી પહેલી વાર બિરાજમાન થાય તે ૨૦૧૪ની નવી દિલ્હીના શાસન સમયમાં ક્રાંતિકારી પગલાંનું આગમન જ કહેવાય. તો હવે પછીની ૨૦૧૪ની લોકસભાની ચૂંટણીમાં પણ કંઈક ક્રાંતિકારી બદલાવ આવે તો કંઈ નવાઈ નહીં. અને તેમાં આજની જે નવી આધુનિક ટેકનોલોજી છે, તેનો પ્રચાર અને પ્રસાર કરવામાં ખુબ જ અગત્યનો ભાગ ભજવશે – તેમાં શંકાને કોઈ સ્થાન નથી. તેમાં પણ સોશિયલ નેટવર્ક તો લાગે છે કે કમાલ કરશે.

                           સોશિયલ મિડીયામાં રહેવા માટે આજકાલ અંગુઠા છાપ નેતા પણ facebook પર એકાઉન્ટ ધરાવતા થઈ ગયા છે, એટલું જ નહીં પરંતુ  પોતાના પેજ અને વેબ આકર્ષક બનાવવા માટે સ્પેશ્યલ વેબ ડિઝાઈનર કે સોફટેવેર નિષ્ણાંતની ભરતી કરીને પોતાને ત્યાં નૌકરીએ રાખતાં થયા છે, અરે ભાઈ ભાષણની સ્ક્રીપ્ટ તૈયાર કરવા માટે સ્પેશ્યલ પીએ કે સેક્રેટરી જોઈએ તો પોતાના વેબ પેઈઝ કે સાઈટ ડેવલોપ કરવા સૉફ્ટવેર ઈન્જીનીયરતો રખનાં બનતાં હૈ!!

                    હવે તેમાં ટચ સ્ક્રીન અને સ્માર્ટ મોબાઈલ અને આઈ ફોન તથા ટેબલેટે સોશિયલ નેટને હાથવગું બનાવતા, ઓફિસ, ઘર કે સમારોહમાં પણ તમે સદા ઓનલાઈન રહીને સોશિયલ નેટના મિત્રો અને નવા-નવા અપડેટ માણતા રહો છો, ઈવન મુશાફરી દરમિયાન તો સૌથી વધુ ઉપયોગ તેનો જ થાય ત્યારે સામાન્ય વાત છે કે Mobile appએ  2014 Electionમાં મહત્ત્વનો ભાગ ભજવશે.

        મોબાઈલ,સોશિયલ નેટ અને મિડીયા ની ક્રાંતિ – ઉત્ત્ક્રાંતિ ની શું ૨૦૧૪ની ચૂંટણી પર પડશે અસર?

સૌ પ્રથમ તો મોબાઈલની વાત કરીએ તો ભારતમાં ફોન કોમિયુનિશેન માં જો કોઈ કંપની પરિવર્તન લાવી ને ક્રાંતિ સર્જી હોય તો તેનો શ્રેય રિલાયન્સને આપી શકાય. રિલાયન્સએ “કર લો દુનિયા મુઠીમેં ” ના પ્લાન દ્વારા ખરેખર મોબાઈલ ક્ષેત્રે ક્રાંતિ લાવી દીધી. સૌ પ્રથમ વાર મોબાઈલ હેન્ડસેટ(નાનક્ડા સફેદ હેન્ડસેટ, તેમાં સૌ પ્રથમવાર સોશિયલ નેટ સાથેની ‘R’ worldની સુવિધા હતી) સાથે સસ્તા દરે અને ઈનકમિંગ કૉલ મફતના પોતાનો પોસ્ટપેઈડ ટૉકીંગ પ્લાન વેચીને આખા ભારતમાં, સામાન્ય લોકોને પણ હાથમાં મોબાઈલ થમાવી દીધા…અને તેમાં તે સફળ પણ રહ્યાં (પાછળથી ઘણાં લોકોએ ત્રણ ત્રણ મહિના સુધી વાપર્યા અને ત્રણ મહિનાનું બિલ ભેગું થતા…બિલ ભરવામાં ગલ્લાં-તલ્લાં કર્યાં!…અને કેટલાંકના તો કંઈક અંશે બિલ પણ માફ કર્યા…) ત્યાર બાદ અન્ય કંપનીઓ તેની સ્પર્ધાની હોડમાં ઊતરી, અને ત્યાર પછી મોબાઈલ હેન્ડસેટ અને આઉટગૉઈન્ગ કૉલ સસ્તા અને ઈનકમિંગ મફત થયાં….આ છે કોમ્યુંનિકેશન્સ ક્ષેત્રની ક્રાંતિ.

             પ્રિન્ટ મિડીયાની વાત કરીએ તો દૈનિક “જાગરણ” એ ભારતમાં જ નહીં પરંતુ વિશ્વનું સૌથી વિશાળ વાચકવર્ગ ધરાવતું અખબાર છે. અને તે આપણાં માટે ગૌરવની વાત છે. પરંતુ અનેક રાજયોમાં વાચકોના રસ, વૈવિદ્દ્ય વિષય અને રૂચિઓનો સર્વે કરીને, વાચકોની મરજી મુજબનું વાંચનનો અઠવાડિયાના આઠે દિવસે વૈવિદ્દયસભર રંગીન પુર્તિઓમાં રસથાળ આપીને તથા બ્લેક એન્ડ વ્હાઈટ અખબારની કિંમત કરતાં સસ્તું અને રંગીન અખબાર- હિન્દીમાં “દૈનિક ભાસ્કર” અને ગુજરાતીમાં “દિવ્ય ભાસ્કર” એ આપીને પ્રિન્ટ મિડીયામાં ક્રાંતિની પહેલ કરી. અને એટલું જ નહીં,પરંતુ મોબાઈલમાં ઈ-પેપરના Apps વર્ઝન આપીને અખબારને મોબાઈલ પર વંચાતુ કરી દીધું. હાલમાં તો દરેક અખબાર પોતાના ઈ-પેપર અને વેબ વર્ઝન તૈયાર કરે છે, તેમાં “ગુજરાત સમાચાર” અપવાદ છે (કેમકે તેનું ઈ-પેપર માત્ર વિદેશમાં રહેતા ગુજરાતીઓ માટેનું અલગ છે..તેમાં અમદાવાદ કે ગુજરાતની કોઈ જીલ્લાની આવ્રત્તિ ઈ-પેપરમાં નથી. તે ઈચ્છે છે કે લોકો તેને કાગળ પર જ વાંચે) પરંતુ એકવાત છે કે “દિવ્ય ભાસ્કર”ના પગલે આપણને સસ્તા દરે રંગીન અખબાર અને વાચનના વૈવિદ્દ્યથી ભરપુર સાતે દિવસ પુર્તિઓનો ખજાનો દરેક અખબાર પાસેથી મળવો શરૂ થયો…આભાર “ભાસ્કર ગ્ર્પ”ને….
             ઈલેકટ્રોનિક મિડીયાની વાત કરીએ તો પહેલાં આપણે માટે તાજાસમાચાર અને ક્રિકેટની લાઈવ કૉમેન્ટરી સાંભળવા માટે એક જ હાથવગું સાધન- અને તે રેડીયો!!..અને બીજુ જોવા માટે આપણું દૂરદર્શન!!! પરંતુ વિદેશી બહારની ચેનલો ના દેખા દેખી ઍન્ટીનાઓ ગયા અને કેબલ નેટવર્ક દાખલ થયું અને જામી ખાનગી ચેનલોની સ્પર્ધા…સરવાળે લાભ દર્શકોનો…તેમાં સમાચાર ક્ષેત્રે “આજતક” અને “ઝી ન્યુઝ” ૨૪કલાકની સમાચાર સેવા ચાલુ કરી…અને પછી તે ક્રાંતિ જ નહીં ઉત્ત્ક્રાંતિ કહો…સમાચાર ચેનલો ની લાઈન લાગી ગઈ!!!….ખાનગી ચેનલોમાં ન્યુઝ સિવાય, સિરીયલોએ પ્રાઈમ ટાઈમ રાત્રે ૯.૦૦વાગ્યા પછીનું સ્થાન ઘરોમાં જમાવી દીધું, અને પછી રિયાલીટી શોએ જમાવટ કરી દીધી. ટીવીના કહેવાતા ઈડીયટબોક્ષના આ રિયાલીટી શોએ એવી જમાવટ કરી કે ટેલીવુડના એન્કરો સ્ટાર બની ગયા અને બોલીવુડના સ્ટારોએ તેમનો સહારો પોતાની ફિલ્મો ને થિયટરોમાં પ્રદર્શિત કરતાં પહેલાં પ્રોમો અને પ્રસિદ્ધી માટે સહારો લેવો પડે છે. તો આપણે આજે કાન પકડીને કહેવું પડે કે નેતા હોય કે અભિનેતા, પ્રસિદ્ધી માટે આ ઈડિયટબોક્ષનો જ સહારો આજકાલ લેવો જ પડે….એમાં કોઈ શંકાને સ્થાન નથી. તો ટીવી એક ક્રાંતિ આણવા માટેનું ખુબજ સબળ માદયમ અને સાધન છે.

                                     પરંતુ ઈલેકટ્રૉનિકસ માદયમની ક્રાંતિ આટલેથી અટકતી નથી, આ ટીવીને અને મિડીયાને દરેકની મુઠીમાં કરવાનું સ્થાન ટચ સ્ક્રીન મોબાઈલે અને app aplicationએ કર્યું. મોબાઈલ હોય અને ઈન્ટરનેટ કનેકટ ન હોય તેવા હેન્ડસેટ કયાંક જ જોવા મળે. ઈ-મેલ સેવા સામાન્ય થઈ ગઈ છે. તેમાં હાલ પણ બે વેબ કંપનીઓનો ઇમેલ અને સર્ચ સેવામાં એકો ચાલુ જ છે., તે છે -google અને yahoo. તેમાં પણ google એ orcut જેવી સોશિયલ નેટવર્ક ચાલુ કરી અને સૌથી વધુ વપરાતી સોશિયલ સેવા ગણાતી આ સેવા નો ખુબ જ પુરજોરમાં વપરાશ કર્તાઓનો કાફલો વધતો ગયો, અને ખુબ જ પ્રસિદધ થઈ, તેના સામે facebook એ અને twitterએ તો પર્દાપણ કરીને તો સોશિયલ નેટવર્કની તાશીર જ બદલી નાંખી. આજે અભણ વ્યકિતીના મોબાઈલ હેન્ડસેટમાં અને જીભ પર પણ facebook નું નામ સહજ રીતે રમતું થઈ ગયું છે. આજે facebook સિવાય ઘણી સોશિયલ સાઈટો ઠેરઠેર બિલાડીના ટોપની જેમ ફૂટી નિકળી, પરંતુ સૌથી પ્રખ્યાત જો કોઈ સોશિયલ નેટવર્ક સાઈટો હોય તો આ બે જ સાઈટો હાલમાં લલનટોપ છે. બાકી સોશિયલ નેટવર્કમાં બ્લોગોએ તો ક્રાંતિ કરી દિધી. ફ્રી બ્લોગ બનાવવો તે સામાન્ય થઈ ગયું  છ (તેમાં wordpress અને Google ફ્રી બ્લોગ બનાવવા માટેનું મુખ્ય પ્લેટફ્રોમ પુરૂ પાડે છે.), પરંતુ વૈચારીક અને સામાજિક ઉત્થાન લાવે તેવા બ્લોગોએ ક્રાંતિ લાવી દીધી….આજકાલ નેતા હોય કે અભિનેતા, બ્લોગ જરૂર લખે છે. બીજી ઘણી સાઈટો અને બ્લોગો લખાતાં હોય, પરંતુ આખર દરેકને પોતાની પ્રસિદધીની લિંકતો facebook અને twitter એકાઉન્ટની જ આપવી પડે છે. નવાઈની વાત તો એ છે કે, અન્ય LinkedIn, Google plus, StumbleUpon, Reddit કે Digg હોય આખર આ બધામાં પણ લિંકતો facebook અને twitter એકાઉન્ટની જ આપવી પડે છે.

ન્યુઝ ચેનલો માટે મહત્ત્વના રાષ્ટ્રીય સમાચાર – પ્રજાનો સમય બરબાદ કરવાનો!!

ન્યુઝ ચેનલો માટે મહત્ત્વના રાષ્ટ્રીય સમાચાર – પ્રજાનો સમય બરબાદ કરવાનો!!

પ્રજા સારી રીતે જાણે છે કે આજકાલ ન્યુઝ ચેનલો જે ચાલે છે તે ગુજરાતના મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદી ના લીધે, તેમના બ્રેકીંગ ન્યુઝ ના લીધે ચાલે છે. ન્.મો શું ખાય છે, પીવે છે, શું બોલે છે, શું પહેરે ઓઢે છે, કંઈ જગ્યા મીટીગ છે…વિગેરે વિગેરે.
               ગરીબી, સામાજિક કુરુઢિઓ, બેકારી- બેરોજગારી, બાળમજુરી, સ્ત્રી શોષણ – અત્યાચાર, પસ્ચિમ બંગાળ અન આસામના દંગા ફંસાદ, નીચું શિક્ષણ, કોંગ્રેસ સરકાર ના કરોડો રુપિયાના ભ્રાષ્ટાચાર ના કૌંભાડી ઘોંટાળા વિગેરે ન્યુઝ ચેનલો વાળા માટે કોઈ રાષ્ટ્રીય સમસ્યા કહી શકાય તેવા સમાચાર તેમન મત્તે છે જ નહી…
              તેમના મત્તે-રાષ્ટ્રીય સમાચાર એટલે …અમેરિકા એ ન્.મો ને વિઝા ન આપ્યા તે રાષ્ટ્રીય સમસ્યા, સલમાન અને શાહરુખના અબોલાં ઈફ્તાર પાર્ટી વખતે તૂટયાં તે તેમનાં માટે રાષ્ટ્રીય સમસ્યા અને બ્રિકિંગ ન્યુઝ!!
             સમચાર એવા છે કે કોંગ્રેસી કેટલાંક સાંસદોએ ઓબામાને પત્ર લખ્યો છે કે મોદીને વિઝાના આપતાં (બસ કોંગ્રેસીઓ માટેઆ જ કામ છે, કેમકે તેઓ પ્રજાના કામમાં તેમને રસ નથી તેટલો રસ મોદીની દિનચર્યામાં છે, કેમક પ્રજા માટે- તેમની સમસ્યા માટે અથવા પાકિસ્તાન ના સરહદી અવંળચંડાઈ વિશે તેઓએ કદી ઓબામાને આવો પત્ર લખ્યો નથી અને લો નરેન્દ્ર મોદી ને વિઝા ન મળે તે હેતુથી પત્ર….) અરે, ન્.મો ને કયાં અમેરિકા જવાની જરુર છે, તે ભારતનું એવું નિર્માણ કરશે કે અમેરિકાના લોકોને ભારત આવવાં માટેના વિઝા માટેની પડાપડી કરવી પડે તેવી ક્ષમતા આ “આર્યનમેન”માં રહેલી છે તે એક પક્ષના નેતામાં નથી…

આજકાલ ન્યુઝચેનલના રિપોર્ટરઓ પાસે માત્ર નીચેના સમાચારો જ તેમના સોર્શમાં છે…

૧. તેમના મત્તે-રાષ્ટ્રીય સમાચાર એટલે …અમેરિકા એ ન્.મો ને વિઝા ન આપ્યા તે રાષ્ટ્રીય સમસ્યા (તેનો જવાબ તમે વાંચી ચુક્યાં છો)
૨. ૨૦૦૨માં થયેલ ગોધરાકાંડ( ગુજરાતમાં જ ૧૯૬૯માં કોંગ્રેસ વખતે થયેલ દંગા ફસાદ નું નામ ભુલે ચુકે પણ આ ટીવી ન્યુઝવાળાં કેમ લેતાં નથી?)
