હજુ સુધી આ રોગની કોઈ દવા શોધાઈ નથી પરંતુ નિરાશ થશો નહીં, આનો એક જ ઉપાય છે કે આ રોગની ઝપટમાં ના આવી જવાય તે માટે જરૂરી છે એકબીજથી સામાજિક સલામત અંત્તર જાળવો અને બીજો ઉપાય છે કે તમારી ઈમ્યુનિટી સિસ્ટમને સ્ટ્રોન્ગ બનાવો, જેટલી તમારી ઈમ્યુન કાર્યરત તેટલી આ મહામારીને શરીરમાં પ્રવેશતી રોકી શકાય

મહામારીને જો નાથવી હોય તો

– તમે હ્ંમેશા તમારા ખોરાકમાં ખુબજ પ્રમાણમાં ફ્ળો અને શાકભાજી આરોગો જેમાંથી પુરતા પ્રમાણ્માં વિટામીન્સ અને માઈક્રોન્યુટ્રીઅન્ટ મળે.

-શારીરિક કસરત-યોગા અને ચાલવું ( ૩૦ થી ૬૦ મિનીટ સુધી) કરો અને તમારી ઈમ્યુનિટી સિસ્ટમને(Immune System) સ્ટ્રોન્ગ બનાવો, એકટિવેટ રાખો.

જ્યારે આખા વિશ્વનો કોરોનો વાઈરસ જેવી મહામારી બિમારીએ ભરડો લીધો છે અને વિશ્વ આખું કૉરૉનામય બનીને શિકારી બાજને જોઈને પારેવાંની જેમ ફ્ફડી રહ્યું છે અને તેની સામે લડત આપી રહ્યું છે, ત્યારે કેટલાક સમાજના દુશ્મનો ખુલ્લેઆમ અલગ અલગ બહાના બતાવીન માત્ર મજા લેવા (અમે કેવા છે તે બતાવવા કે વ્યસન ના સામાન માટે ) ઘુમી રહ્યા છે. અને તેના માટે વાર્ંવાર સરકારને કરગરવું પડે,પૉલિસનો ડારો રાખવો પડે, સતત પેટ્રોલિંગ કરવું પડે ક્ડક બનવું પડે, ડ્રૉન દ્વાર દયાન રાખવું પડે આનાથી મોટી શરમ જનક બાબત કઈ હોઈ શકે???
સરકાર જે પગલાં લઈ રહી છ અને આ બધું જે કંઈ કરી રહી છે તે કોણા માટે????!!
જો આવું જ રહ્યું તો, ઈટલી, સ્પેન, અમેરિકા અને ચીન જેવા હાલ થવાના એ નક્કી છે, માટે સરકાર ને સહકાર આપો અને તેના આદેશનો અમલ કરો અને એક જવાબદાર નાગરિક તરીકે આટલું કરો દયાનમાં લો – અમલમાં લો.
