<strong>Half Marathon Race in Rajkot on 24 January 2016 – Concept Categories Rules Registration Details.

The Rajkot Municipal Corporation (RMC) in association with Rajkot City Police will organize Rajkot city’s first “Half Marathon” on 24th January 2016. Rajkot Half Marathon 2016 will be of 21 km run. RMC Commissioner Vijay Nehra said that “A special website has been launched for registration purpose. The “Half Marathon” termed it as “Grand” event.

વૉન્ટેડ ઓલરાઉન્ડર એમ્પલોઈઝ મોંઘવારીએ માઝા મુકી છે, તેમાં ઓછું હોઈ તેમ હવે વરસાદે પણ માઝા મુકી છે. સામાન્ય પ્રજાનો પારાવાર મુશ્કેલીઓનો સામનો કરી રહી છે, અને તેમાં નૌકરી શોધતાં બેરોજગારોની મુશ્કેલીઓએ પણ માઝા મુકી છે. અત્યારે દરેક કંપની ને તૈયાર માણસો, સ્કીલ્ડથી ને આત્માવિશ્વાસથી ભરપુર ઉમેદવારો જોઈએ છે અને આપણી શિક્ષણ પધ્ધતિ આજે પણ માત્ર ને માત્ર પુસ્તક લક્ષી અભયાસની છે. પ્રેકટીકલ બનાવે અને સીધું કંપનીનું કામ-કાજ સંભાળે તેવું શિક્ષણ શિખવતી કેટલી શાળા-કોલેજો? માત્ર ડિગ્રીને આધારે મળતી નૌકરીઓના જમાના હવે ગયા. કોઈક જ કંપની કે સંસ્થાઓ રિક્રુન્ટ્મેન્ટમાં ફ્રેસરને માટે ચાન્સ આપે છે. આજકાલ દરેક જોબની એડમાં experience be must, Also apply freshers…લખેલું હોઈ પરંતુ આપણે જાણીએ છીએ કે તેમાં પણ પસંદગીતો અનુભવીની જ થવાની. જયાં તમે તેને એક તક જ નહીં આપો ત્યાં તે બિચારાનો અનુભવ નીલ જ રહેવાનો. આજનાં આ સ્પર્ધાત્મક યુગમાં નૌકરી મળ્યાં પછી પણ તેને ટકાવી રાખવી તે પણ એક માસ્ટર ડીગ્રીથી કમ વાત નથી. આજે દરેક ક્ષેત્રે ઑલરાઉન્ડરની ખપત છે. માટે નૌકરી મળ્યાં પછી પણ તેને ટકાવી રાખવા માટે સતત નવી ટેકનોલૉજી અને નવી કામ કરવાની દરેક ERP કે તમારી આવડતમાં સ્કીલ્ડનો સતત વધારો કે ઉપડેટ્શન કરતાં રહેવો પડે. કંપનીમાં કોઈ – કોઈને શિખવતું નથી. જાતે તૈયાર થવું પડે, અને તમને એક વિભાગમાંથી બીજા ડિપાર્ટમેન્ટમાં નાંખે તો તેના પણ માશ્ટર હોવ તે રીતે કામ કરવું પડે. નૌકરીના ક્ષેત્રમાં જે વ્યકિત MBA કર્યા વગર પણ ‘મને બધું જ આવડે’ ના મંત્રમાં પારંગત છે, તેને પ્રમૉશન, ઈન્ક્રીમેન્ટ અને સન્માન આ બધું જ મળે છે. બાકી…ઠેરના ઠેર!! આ લેખને વધુ વાંચવા “યુવારોજગાર” ઈ-પેપર જુઓ. ઈ-પેપર ડાઉનાલોડ કરવાં અહીં કલિક કરો…..

૩૦મેઘા વૉટ ના આ પાવર પ્લાન્ટ થી ૫૦૦૦૦ ઘરો ને વિજળી ઉપ્લબ્ધ થશે. થર્મલ પાવર થી આટલી વિજળી ઉત્પન્ન કરતા જે ૫૦૦૦૦ ટન કાર્બન ઉત્પન્ન થાત તેમાં થી મુકિતી. અને ગ્રીન સોલારનો આ સફળતાપુર્વક સુર્યના કિરણોમાંથી વિજળીથી લાખો ચહેરા પર ખુશીઓ અને અનેક ઘરો વિજળીની રોશનીથી જળહળી ઉઠશે. ગુજરાત ગોબરગેસ થી બાયોગેસ ઉત્પન્ન કરવામાં એશિયાનો પ્રથમ પ્લાન્ટ માત્ર ગુજરાતના કાકોશી નજીક મેથાણ ગામે આવેલ છે. અને આવી જ બીજી સિધ્ધી પણ ગુજરાત ના ફાળે જાય છે. અને આવા ઘણાં સોલારપ્લાન્ટો ગુજરાતમાં ચારણકા (વારાહી) 500MW, ઉપલેટા-ઉડું 135MW, પોરબંદર45MW, વીરમગામ30MW, ડીસા નજીકા ખીમત 30MW માં હાલમાં કામ ચાલું જ છે. તેનાથી હજારો લોકોને રોજગારી મળશે. અને ગ્રીન એન્ર્જી મળશે.મુખ્યમંત્રી શ્રી નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ તો કહ્યું જ છે કે ગુજરાત વિશ્વમાં સોલાર હબ બનશે. અને ગુજરાત સોલાર દ્વારા 5000મેઘા વૉટ વિજળી ઉત્પન્ન કરવાનું ટારગેટ રાખેલ છે.
